We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be instrumental in helping to build our fast-growing, international team at LINK Mobility Group. LINK is one of Europe's leading providers within mobile communications, specializing in CPaaS, mobile messaging services, and mobile solutions.

As the latest addition to our Talent Acquisition team, you will be pivotal to the success of LINK and our future growth. You will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment process, working to identify and attract talent across all functions with a focus on technology roles. You will manage both external and internal hiring processes, and you will partner with our leaders globally to ensure that the talent strategy is realized. 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Run job analyses for roles and create appealing job ads
• Manage recruitment processes from A to Z (search, screening, interviewing, testing candidates, and making offers)
• Point of contact for candidates as well as hiring managers throughout the process 
• Be a great advisor for our hiring managers 

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Great communication and interpersonal skills 
• Solid analytical skills, be detailed oriented, and a problem solver 
• Organized and structured 
• Ability to work independently, to prioritize and meet deadlines  
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, diverse, and rapidly changing environment 
• International and cultural awareness
• Fluency in English and preferably also French, additional languages are an advantage
