We are looking for a person that can help us further shape and strengthen our high standards for customer service and order management: A candidate that is passionate about giving our customers (B2B and B2C) the best possible experience.

We now have a 12-month maternity vacancy available in bbhugme for the role as Order and Customer Service Coordinator. We are growing rapidly and there might be possibilities for the right candidate to move into a permanent role in bbhugme after ended maternity vacancy.


The right candidate would get a unique opportunity to build and grow our overall global customer service experience in a variety of channels.

 

Areas of responsibility:

As an Order and Customer Service Coordinator you will be a part of our global team, located in Oslo. bbhugme is a company where we put the customer experience to the core of everything we do. Our new Order and Customer Service Coordinator will therefore have a key role within the organization. You will be an important link between customer and sales and be involved in many exciting tasks and projects throughout the vacancy.


You will be the owner of the overall customer service experience (along with our customer service representative) for the various customer groups. You will have a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of B2B and B2C orders and inquiries. The role encompasses a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, such as answering customer questions, resolving inquiries and claims and liaising with B2B customers and warehouses to ensure timely deliveries. In addition, you will follow up our affiliate program and be responsible for developing and optimizing internal and external processes related to order handling and customer service.

 

Who are you?

We think you have minimum 3 years experience with customer service, sales, order management or similar. You are used to juggling a wide range of tasks and you are service minded, quality oriented and professional in your work. You have a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills (written + oral) in Norwegian and English. We also think you are proactive, structured and have experience with project management. You preferably also have a bachelor degree, experience with Zendesk, order management platforms and / or other platforms such as Amazon and Shopify.
