REPORT DEVELOPER

About the role:

As our Report developer, you will:

• Work closely with our customers to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities
• Be the customer's trusted advisor in the work with requirements specification, development and in ensuring the best possible utilization of the solution
• Collaborate with your colleagues or other consultants so that together we can find the best solution for the customer
• Work with development of reports and dashboards from the leading technology providers Microsoft and Oracle. Most of our assignments take place on a Cloud platform
• Together with us, contribute to shaping and building a leading environment in Norway within Data Warehousing and reporting
  

Who you are?

• You have a higher education within engineering, computer science or economics (experience can compensate for the lack of formal education)
• You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience working within report development, and with projects where you have been working to help customers get insight into their data
• You have experience from retrieving data from data warehouses or other sources and presenting these through tools such as Power BI or OBIEE / OAC
• You easily understand how the customer wants their data presented
• You have good knowledge with SQL as a query language, and possibly other relevant query languages
• You have good knowledge of regulations related to GDPR and how we ensure that this is considered in the development of solutions
• You find it exciting to work with and around technologies from Microsoft and Oracle.
• You are active in your field and always up to date on the latest trends and technologies
• You have good communication skills and can identify yourself with being a fuzz-fighter - communicating in a simple and effective way so that complex concepts are also understood by a non-technical audience
• You have excellent collaboration skills and are highly motivated to work in teams where you get energy from sharing your knowledge with others
• You are fluent in both Norwegian and English

About the hiring process:
