We are looking for software Engineers and/or Solution Archictects to join our team creating one common state of the art payment platform for the Nordic countries.

DNB New Payment Platform Tech Family is looking to hire experienced and motivated Software Engineers with solution architect skills and experience who possess a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills to launch and grow new platform payment services critical for business and society.

We are an independent unit responsible for build and run of the future payment platform with more than 120 people and several development teams. We deliver modernized customer-to-bank, bank-to-bank and bank-to-customer services on-prem and in cloud on Java based technology stack.

We are looking for individuals with a proven track record of delivering results in software design, development, and DevOps operations of mission critical systems.

You’re someone who can design solutions and write code and among the best. You love to share your passion with others, and exhibit good judgment in selecting solutions and can understand complex scenarios.

You take pride in developing innovative solutions and also to run them in a stable way in a DevOps culture.

Qualifications and experience

• Senior programming skills in Java, SQL
• Experience with AWS and Azure
• Experience in container technology such as Docker, Kubernetes and RedHat OpenShift would be favourable
• Experience with Agile software development methods and DevOps
• Experience with software architecture from multiple projects
• Ability to participate in all levels from software design to implementation and to DevOps operations

• Analytical mindset
• Can break down complex problem statements, structure, illustrate these, and propose solutions
• Improvement oriented
• Good collaboration skills and team oriented
• You are a good role model
• Service mindset

• Education: Bachelor or Master of Science in Information Technology area
• Documented relevant experience and skills
• Experience in design and development of complex critical IT solutions
• Broad and deep technology knowledge
• Good communication skills
