We are looking for a new Senior Executive, Human Resources to support our team in Oslo

We are looking for a Senior Executive, Human Resources for a one-year temporary position in our HR department in Oslo from April 2022. In this role you will support our leaders and organisation in important HR processes. 

As a Senior Executive, HR in Skuld, you will be part of a world leading marine insurance provider where service and competence is key. Your responsibilities 

This position will cover a variety of responsibilities within the HR field. You will be part of a dynamic HR team and collaborate closely with various departments. 

Your main daily tasks will include: 

• Support leaders in recruitment processes 
• Participate in relevant HR projects 
• Support leaders and employees in HR processes 
• Assist with reports and statistics 
• Ensure GDPR compliance in relevant HR processes

Your qualifications should include:  

• Higher relevant education with HR, Personnel, Administration or similar 
• 5 years of relevant work experience in an HR function 
• Ability to handle a diverse workload in an efficient and organised manner 
• Strong Norwegian and English communication skills 
• Ability to work independently and in teams, and provide service to the organisation in a timely manner 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience with latest HR tools and systems
