Head Energy is looking for a Project Controller


Job Description:

• Responsible for financial budget and forecasting on MPM Project’s under you responsibility with proactive follow up of the project team organization
• Follow-up and securing of EAC and invoicing of intercompany projects, service projects and direct delivery projects
• Monthly management review of the Projects and Services project
• Follow-up invoices overdue to secure payments in due time
• General responsible for driving cost control of MPM external and internal projects.
• Help drive improved results, cost reduction and challenge performance
• Provide insight, not just information, a key challenge is to explain fully to the Management team what the numbers are telling and recommend alternative actions

• Experienced with Project Control and Services projects follow-up of projects both internal projects and external projects
• Well experienced with the value streams in projects, services and aftermarket
• Knowledgeable/Well experienced in following SW program:
• Standard Office Application Program, i.e. Microsoft Office tool’s
• Advance/expert level for MS Excel and SAP is needed
• Experienced with Project Control and follow-up of projects both internal projects and external projects
• Knowledgeable/Well experienced with Sarbanes-Oxley Sec 404
• Providing local business partnership to Project Managers
• Providing financial knowledge and perspective to add value in decision making in MPM organization
• Be a proactive contributor into MPM in terms of challenging cost, results, sales and performance
• Help drive improved results, cost reduction and challenge performance
• BSc with minimum 8 years’ experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project controller function, preferably with experience from an international organization with a Corporate structure

• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and coaching, and respond appropriately
• Strong ability to persuade and influence other is critical
• Prepare and present complex reports to all levels of management, including executives and internal/external partners
• Ability to foster communication within diverse cultural environments is critical
