Would you like to be the link between businesses in Mo i Rana and future workforce soutions?

Mo i Rana is facing a huge growth and is in need of both temporary candidates and permanent skilled professionals to meet the development this town will have the next coming years. To take part in this growth, we are now looking for a consultant who will get to know the client market, and also the candidates and professionals who will live and work in Mo i Rana.

What would be your responsibilities?

• Developing long term professional business relationships with both clients and candidates
• Developing an understanding of your own town, know the needs of recruitment and staffing for potential customers within different industries
• Customer approach and sales of Adecco’s services, networking, and visiting companies
• Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media. Work on the candidate market and attract qualified candidates through search and advertising.
• Sourcing and successfully placing candidates into roles, including headhunting and identifying of candidates who may already be in work.
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the clients

You have a few of these interests or qualifications:

• Interested in different business sectors, and willing to build relationships and network in Mo i Rana
• Experience from B2B sales
• Experience with recruitment and digital marketing
• Good communication skills in English, learning Norwegian
• Driver’s license and car is preferred
