Are you our new Digital Product Manager?

We are looking for you, whose passion is to develop digital services and products that customers love. As a Digital Product Manager in Storebrand Digital & Innovation, you will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, growth hackers and business developers, whose purpose is to delight our customers and reach defined outcomes and commercial results in a collaborative effort.  

Storebrand Digital & Innovation, D&I, the part of Storebrand where this position belongs, is a cross-functional corporate division organized in agile, autonomous, and interconnected teams. All our teams operate, support, iterate, innovate, prototype, build, and run their own digital products and services. We measure success by the business outcomes we create. We are now seeking additional Digital Product Managers to further strengthen our unit. 

Who are you? 

We are looking for someone who have a proven record of accomplishments in managing all aspects of a digital product throughout its lifecycle. If you believe in the value of great user experience, you are a great fit for this role. If you love immersing yourself in the world of our customers, users, competitors, and partners, talking to them, and understanding the context of our target market, you will excel in this role. You will thrive in this role if you are proficient in methodologies for discovering user problems worth solving, to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth. If you are experienced in developing an exciting product vision and effectively communicate recommendations to stakeholders and leadership to gain their trust and support, you will succeed as a Product Manager in Storebrand. If you love building report with leaders and stakeholders through the means of market- and user insight, technical savviness, commercial results, with accompanying suggestions for focus and prioritizations, your colleagues and leadership in Storebrand will listen. If you use your insights and experience to develop, maintain and evangelize the roadmap to the team and stakeholders to build awareness and understanding, you will have a great time with us. If you are experienced in using data to guide action and decisions, defining clear success metrics for your initiatives, and measure their outcomes using product analytics tools like Google Analytics, you will build a solid platform on which to build your Product Manager profile. You, who are skilled and comfortable at working effectively with cross functional teams, leading without formal authority in a matrix organization, will have a great time with us. Also, if you are comfortable with agile methodology and tools (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, JIRA and Confluence), your day-to-day work will feel familiar. Finally, if you are comfortable with English being the working language, and can?fluently?read,?write, and speak?Norwegian language, you will be able to communicate well with your colleagues and stakeholders 

We believe you have a level of formal education at the core, but that you have gained most of your experience, wisdom and clout through a solid career within Digital Development. Your background is most likely within business, technology, or design. You have worked in digital product organizations in roles closely linked to Digital Development or Digital Product Management.
