Senior Project Engineer

We are looking for senior engineers with a background in project engineering & management to support the delivery of our projects. Our portfolio of projects offers a variety of development opportunities, including large greenfield projects like NOA Fulla & Valhall New Central Platform.

Typical work tasks will be:

• Preparation of gate documentation, including Project Execution Plan & Decision Support Packages
• Activities supporting stakeholder management, including TC/MC meetings & Readiness reviews
• Learning and improvement across the project and towards other projects
• Drive selected activities on assurance and verification program
• Interface Management
• Management of Change
• Risk Management for Project

Qualifications:

• M.Sc./ B.Sc. in engineering or management (work experience may compensate for formal education)
• Minimum 10 years’ experience within Project Execution and Project Management
• Experience from large projects, preferably within management roles
• Experience from one or more project delivery lines (Facility, Drilling, Reservoir, HSSEQ, Operations)
• Fluent in English and Norwegian
