Project Engineer

We are looking for engineers with a background in project engineering to support the delivery of our projects. Our portfolio of projects offers a variety of development opportunities, both within greenfield and brownfield development and within one of our alliances. In addition, the role is expected to take an active part in our improvement agenda.

Typical work tasks will be:

• Preparation of gate documentation, including Project Execution Plan & Decision Support Packages
• Documents supporting stakeholder management, including TC/MC meetings, Readiness reviews & applications to regulatory bodies (PDO)
• Learning and improvement across the project and towards other projects
• Drive selected activities on assurance and verification program
• Interface Management
• Management of Change
• Risk Management for Project

Qualifications:

• M.Sc./ B.Sc. in engineering (work experience may compensate for formal education)
• Minimum 5 years of experience from multidiscipline projects within E&P
• Experience from one or more project delivery lines (Facility, Drilling, Reservoir, HSSEQ, Operations) will be valued, as will experience from one of the service providers to E&P
• Fluent in English and Norwegian
