Fortum Consumer Solutions is a looking for a Business Manager to lead the growth of our value added services to the consumer segment in Fortum and Hafslund Strøm brands in Norway. We are looking for you who will thrive with the P&L responsibility and take the business to the next level in close collaboration with colleagues across the Nordic.

You must have:

  • Master's degree in business or management or marketing
  • Minimum 3 years of experience from business or product management role within consumer markets, preferably from subscription type of customer relations (e.g. retail insurance, telecom or other similar industries)
  • Experience with go-to-market strategy and tactical sales steering in consumer markets
  • Oral and written professional proficiency in English


What you will do:

  • Lead and secure delivery on set targets regarding customer base, sales margin and profit contribution in close cooperation with supporting roles
  • Work with go-to-market/sales strategy as well as pricing strategy and price setting for all services in the portfolio
  • Provide business functions with support to develop sales argumentation, training etc.
  • Ensure consistent, world class customer journeys for services, including sales, marketing and customer communication
  • Participate in end-to-end development, management and continuous improvement of existing and new services throughout the product life cycle
