Our Department at Stord is now looking for Commissioning Engineers to join our team.

What will you be doing?

• Ensure that the Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) aspects are thoroughly considered, planned, implemented, and followed up for commissioning activities.
• Planning and Execution of activities within own area for preparation and execution phase
• Participate in Engineering design reviews
• Prepare Commissioning scope in Completion Management System
• Develop detailed step by step Commissioning test procedures
• Participate in development of Governing documents and Work Instructions for the execution phase
• Participate in supplier FAT’s and final inspections.
• Participate on behalf of commissioning in system punch-out and MC handover activities
• Execute commissioning activities in accordance with commissioning plans and procedures.
• System take-over activities towards Operation

We think you should have:

• Bachelor degree, but long relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education
• Multidiscipline knowledge within Commissioning
• Perferably commissioning experience from both preparation- and execution phase
• In addition to commissioning experience, also experience from Quality Surveillance and/or Mechanical Completion activities
• Motivation to take on lead roles within the commissioning discipline
• Ability and drive to adopt new tools and working methods with the goal of further improvement
• Good Norwegian and English communication skills - written and oral
