Customer Success Manager


Would you like to work with a pioneering business that contributes to an environmentally friendly marine industry by saving tonnes of emissions and biofouling disposal through unique and advanced HullCleaning technology, biofouling monitoring -and management system? Are you interested in various tasks, international collaboration, and global solutions?

ECOsubsea are looking for a Customer Success Manager for the team in Norway. We need a resolute and forward-thinking customer success-unit that can handle the increase in customers, geographical expansion, and take on new challenges as we expand our business.


Mission

Provide customer loyalty and building long-term client relationships. 

You will drive and manage costumer journey with a proactive and innovative approach and unify our sales, operations, and product-team.

Our CSM shall support efficient implementation and scaling of the ECOsubsea structure across our customer base, support in technical and operational matters and add value for our customers, partners, and our company.


Key Responsibilities 

  • You will work with our teams in Norway and UK as well as our partners to drive, support

and improve our global roll-out.

  • Actively engage with customers and partners, ensuring value and satisfaction from our

service offering.

  • Drive and manage upselling and cross selling towards customers.
  • Maintain and develop customers on-boarding experience.
  • Document, develop and improve customer-processes.
  • Manage communication initiatives and projects to stakeholders and relevant parties.


Who we need on our team

  • Bachelor`s degree or above in related studies; technology, business, marketing,

humanities etc.

  • Fluency in English (oral and written).
  • Good computer/software skills.
  • Customer success or other relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of the Shipping/Maritime industry.
  • Passion for environment, and green solutions .
