As our HRIS Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for HR information systems in Elkem globally. This is a newly established position, and you will have a key role in taking HRIS in Elkem to the next level. One of your most important priorities in the coming years will be to lead the implementation, support and maintenance of a global HR system.

You will work in close collaboration with the global HR team, IT, Digital Office and other professional environments in Elkem. You will join an organization with an excellent platform for sustainable growth and great ambitions in innovation and digitalization.

Most important areas of responsibility:

• Overall responsibility for the HR systems in Elkem
• Key role in HR data processing, reporting, and analytics
• Design user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation
• Facilitate automatization and digitalization of HR processes
• HR process owner for GDPR and other data protection laws

Qualifications required for the position:

• Higher education in HRIS or other relevant education
• Minimum 3 years of experience from HRIS in a complex, international organization
• Knowledge of cloud-based solutions
• Practical experience with HR processes and reporting
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and similar
• Good oral and written communication skills in Norwegian and English
