My name is Christoffer Bjäreborn, I am Director of Leadership Development at Schibsted, and I hope you want to join me on an exciting journey. We have great leaders in Schibsted.

Now we take the next step to develop them even further.

Your main focus in this position will be to create, operate and assess different leadership development initiatives with a fierce ambition to develop Schibsted leaders and culture in harmony with our leadership principles PACE (Peopledriven, Agile, Collaborative, Entrepreneurial).

Our playingfied is Norway, Sweden, Finland, Poland and Denmark. It might grow in the near future since Schibsted is looking to expand. You are part of a Nordic core team that works with competence and leadership development for all Schibsted's exciting companies (for examples Finn, Aftonbladet, VG, Aftenposten, Lendo, Blocket, Svenska Dagbladet, E24,Bergens Tidende, Prisjakt etc.).

Your opportunity to influence our leadership development agenda is extensive.

You will support the delivery of leadership development programs through various methods, including instructor-led classes, webinars, e-learning, group facilitation, coaching, and more, in tune with Schibsted leadership principles PACE (People driven, Agile, Collaborative and Entrepreneurial).

Director of Leadership Development

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate leadership development activities within Schibsted. Establish and maintain processes to ensure efficiency and delivery.

- Analyse and evaluate the long term effect of leadership development.

- Being a vital contributor to ensure we have a top class leadership development process in Schibsted, supporting talent reviews and leadership reviews throughout the organization.

- Support the identification of specific leadership gaps regarding competencies, skills and behaviors in the organization. Work out strategies to fill identified gaps. Consult managers and employees to assess training needs, and develop training opportunities.

- Utilize knowledge of LMS and LXP capabilities to choose and implement delivery strategies that generate a rich, relevant and dynamic end-user experience.

- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with external suppliers of learning and leadership development solutions.

- Facilitate leadership initiatives such as programs, trainings, webinars, workshops and more.

- Curate, develop and design learning material and incorporate current technology in developing specific eLearning curricula.
