As our Digital Marketing Technology Specialist, you will work closely with the other parts of the organization to improve the customer journey for B2B sales through our digital channels. You will also plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive leads and digital sales, and you will leverage on analytics to identify areas for improvements.


You will work with Product Managers, UX designers and Front-end developers as an advisor on Marketing technology. In addition, you will work with Head of Communications in Veracity as well as a network of marcom professionals in the company. This is a unique opportunity to join an exciting workplace with highly motivated and competent colleagues in an international environment.


You will be based in the Digital Sales team in Veracity and report to Head of Digital Sales and Operations, Tore Frihagen. The working language is in English, and preferred location is at our DNV Headquarters at Høvik, Norway.


Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate new marketing technologies and work on improvements within the current marketing technology stack and test new features and solutions.
  • Analyze website traffic, trends and use patterns to identify customer habits for recommend modifications to maximize traffic, customer satisfaction, lead capture and sales generation. .
  • Work with Product Managers, UX Designers and Front-end developers with customer journeys improvements, suggesting and testing improvements to improve performance and conversion metrics.
  • Manage our customer analytics and feedback tools, including setting up reports and dashboards and share insight with key stakeholders.
  • Work with the rest of the team to increase conversion rates and ROI of digital marketing & site campaigns
  • Design and manage Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing strategies for our key topics and services.
  • Use marketing tools and tactics to conduct experiments to gain insights on market applicability for new services.


Position qualifications:

  • Deep understanding and experience with marketing technologies, like Google suite, Oracle Eloqua, HotJar, SemRush or similar and a keen interest to test out and learn new technology.
  • Good understanding of user behavior and UX design and extensive experience with Customer journey and conversion funnel mapping and strategic digital testing (User testing, A/B- and MVT)
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture and good experience in working with front end developers.
  • You have completed a university degree, Bachelor, Master’s degree or higher in marketing, technology, business administration or similar.
  • Deep understanding and experience with marketing analytics and optimization.
  • Campaign management experience
  • You have a strong drive for digitalization and are an agent for change
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with personnel at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel globally
