We continue the Volue journey, and are seeking our new Senior IT Consultant / IT Architect 

The IT Operations team is a critical part of daily operations in Volue. We support 650+ employees with the systems, software and infrastructure they need to perform at their best. A combination of on-premise and cloud IT management, competence, experience and a service-oriented mindset brings important value to the organisation 

Main Task and duties:

• Manage and lift the quality of critical IT Infrastructure such as network and hosting 

• Support 2nd line IT Support and solve cases within your responsibility area 

• Participating in migrating the technology platform of newly acquired companies into the Volue group 

• Participate in the design and architecture of new solutions or systems 

Experience:  

• Bachelors degree or similar within IT 

• >10 years of experience with managing IT infrastructure and services 

• Virtualisation with Hyper-V 

• Network competence (CheckPoint firewalls & HP managed switches) 

• Microsoft Azure (AAD, IaaS/SaaS) 

• Advanced Threat Protection / Microsoft Security Center 

• Systems/solutions architecture 

Personal skills: 

• Team player & social 

• Having a holistic overview, seeing and taking advantages of synergies, thinking ahead 

• Manages to break down and explain a problem, situation or challenge 

• Desire to teach and make others good
