Our Supply Chain and Procurement team in Oslo is in search of a new colleague. This is a new position, and together with our Senior Procurement Manager you will be a team of two responsible for securing the constant supply of materials and service from our worldwide suppliers. You will manage the relationship with existing suppliers and monitor key elements such as volume allocation, pricing accuracy and legal frame.

Duties and responsibilities

Daily collaboration with our colleagues worldwide responsible for planning, quality, legal and finance to ensure smooth supply chain processes and business operations
Participate in internal supplier monthly/quarterly business reviews
Support the activities for new sourcing need: RFx, negotiation, evaluation and recommendation
Review contractual documentations
Play an active role in consolidating the procurement team with process improvement and sharing of best practices

Qualifications

We believe you hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement or similar
Related previous work or project experience in supply chain is an advantage, but not a requirement
You have good negotiating skills that you would like to develop further
You can contribute with innovative ideas to optimize our internal processes and operations
You can help identify best practice in and outside industry and how they can be implemented at Nagra

Personal qualities

You are a team player, able to cooperate to the best of the entire team
You are proactive, structured and with an ability to take initiative
You have good understanding of Business Operations and have strong math skills
You are trustworthy
You have good communication skills and your English skills are excellent, both oral and written. Any other languages will be an asset.
