Ignos is a new tech startup that will deliver Smart Factory products to an 

industry that is heading full speed, into the 4th Industrial Revolution. 

Aarbakke is one of Norway's foremost industrial companies when it comes to 

digitalization and has been on this journey since the beginning of the 2000s. 

Having developed our own solutions for digitalization in collaboration with 

Cognite, we now see the opportunity to use our unique experience with 

technology and industry to build what will be the next Norwegian technology 

adventure. Aarbakke has transferred all the existing solutions to Ignos. 

Aarbakke was awarded “Norges Smarteste Industribedrift 2021” and Ignos is 

the technology provider for Aarbakke. 

We need capacity to serve our customers and develop best of breed solutions 

within advanced manufacturing, this is why we are now looking for  

developers to help build what will be one of 

Norway's most impactful tech startups and which will help change manufacturing forever.

What are we looking for? 

? Relevant education from college or university, eg system development, 

informatics or communication technology, minimum at bachelor level 

? Alternatively experience from building software in production that is in use 

by people 

? Experience with best practices for modern agile development 

? Thrives in the interface between business, technology and product 

? Good language skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken 

You should recognize yourself in one or more of the following points: 

Competent using C # and .NET to develop Web APIs using CQRS equivalent language and framework 

Experience developing integrations between systems  

Experience creating multi-tenant solutions is a big plus 

Experience using React - preferably recent React versions with functional components and hooks or similar front- end frameworks. 

Experience using Azure cloud native services 

Knowledge of CDF (Cognite Data Fusion)
