In this role you will through analytical tasks provide actionable insight into our clients brand and consumer behaviour, brand developement, brand experience developement, marketing and content approaches and product developement.

Our client, a global leader in travel & hospitality industry, are looking for an experienced customer data specialist. An experienced candidate, with great analytical skills. Through data analysis, reporting and commercial strategies our client will ensure that they give the right offer to their customers.
You will be part of the sales and marketing team and report to the Head of Global Insight.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Analyze and report on customer and brand data to internal stakeholders
• Manage and develop existing trackers and listening paths and implement new
• Ensure efficient and timely reporting processes
• Support organizational insight needs in business and product development, sales and marketing etc.

 Academic and Professional Qualifications: 

• Experienced in data analysis and customer data
• Experience in quantitative methodology
• Experienced in building reports and presenting findings
• Experience in working together with value chain and stakeholders to improve brand and customer experience based on reports and findings

Additional Knowledge:

• Experience in different platforms and solution for customer/guest data harvesting
• Experience in working with Power BI as a reporting and analytics tool
• Experience in qualitative methodology is a large plus

1. We are looking for someone with 2 years+ experience from a relevant field, customer analytics and statistics.
2. Higher degree in economics, business, or a technical field 
3. Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian, both verbal and written is important.
