About the role

As a Sales and Marketing Trainee, you will have an integral part in ensuring Samsung stays on top of the market and continue to enrich and simplify consumers’ lives. Your key responsibilities within the sales operations include optimizing Sell-Outs and Sell-Ins, growing market share around clients, and handling supply and demand. You will learn more about Samsung’s products and the selling process through distributors and resellers to both public and private corporate customers. Within the marketing operations, your tasks include media and campaign planning, launch preparations, executing activities on how to improve Samsung’s online excellence, and building go-to-market preparations.

This role will give you as a graduate a lot of insight into a commercial role, key account managing, negotiations and sales analysis – morover also knowlegde around supply chain management & marketing. You will be challenged on a daily basis and will need to make tough calls and prioritizations. You will get support from your colleagues and manager and learn from on the job training. Through client contact and dialogue in the organisation you will learn skills around negotiations and experience in working in a global company. Moreover you will be challenged on numbers and the analysis part, and will through that develop your commercial thinking.

We are looking for

• Recently graduated within e.g Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing
• Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English
• Have a interest in a career within sales and marketing
