Norrøna is looking for a structured Sustainability Developer with great Project Management skills

As our Sustainability Developer & Project Leader you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Norrøna`s Responsibility Road Map 2029.
This work includes leading and coordinating between all departments inside Norrøna when it comes to the integration and execution of  ideas to reach the goals. You will also develop and lead the Norrøna Responsibility Timeline and secure data points for all initiatives so we can measure progress and quantify initiatives and actions.

The right candidate has a holistic approach to thinking and planning, a high digital competence, as well as a commercial smartness and interest for responsible and sustainable business. You have an analytical mindset, strong execution power and great teamwork skills. In addition to this you have experience with steering and implementing complex projects across the value chain. 

The role reports to our CEO and the Director of Sustainability and Innovation, and is a part of our Sustainability Department.

Main responsibilities

• Execute and lead projects and initiatives according to the Norrøna Responsibility road map 2029
• Secure that projects are fully implemented and working inside the whole organization
• Develop and optimize the processes related to CSR work 
• Conduct business analysis to improve business in relation to sustainability and responsibility
  
• Lead and set up “1% for Nature” initiatives
  
• Create an information foundation around the responsibility work the company does

• You have strong execution skills with proven experience within project management
  
• You are structured and analytical
• You are a detail oriented problem solver who is able to perform leadership and critical thinking 
  
• You have strong project management skills 
  
• You have great understanding of IT systems, with the ability to teach others
  
• You have experience with building business cases
• You have a great interest and understanding of environmental issues 
  
  

Qualifications

• Technical education, Bachelor or Masters degree
  
• Strong written and oral communication skills in Norwegian and English is a requirement
