Do you have a burning interest in the marketing profession, with a strong know-how on brand-building, and who gets energized by creating the best results? We are looking for an experienced and technically savvy Marketing manager for our business unit Onshore, who will develop and drive marketing initiatives across key stakeholder groups, to further strengthen the Zenitel Brand and its value proposition in the market.

Accountabilities

Develop annual marketing plan in alignment with business & brand objectives
Design & rollout marketing initiatives that builds Zenitel market positions as well as generates leads
Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop new initiatives based on business needs
Build market & end-user insights that help optimize marketing initiatives
Develop marketing collateral for channel and end-users
Oversee the development and implementation of all digital (internal & social) media initiatives
Track & report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns across internal and external channels
Continued focus to optimize traditional and digital marketing KPI’s
Support and guide regional teams during campaign development processes

Knowledge, skills and experience

Experienced in leading campaign development process
Strong digital marketing background
Analytical and ability to extract insights from data
Well accustomed in developing partner marketing content
Strong knowledge on digital marketing tools & techniques
Strong communication skills in English
Relevant formal higher education (e.g. BSc or MSc in Marketing, Business Administration)
4-5 years of operational marketing background
B2B experience will be a plus
Team player and ability to work within a cross cultural team
Leadership experience with excellent communication skills

Work place:

You will be a part of a small, competent marketing team, with office at Torshov. You will report to VP Marketing, Safety & Security, and have daily contact with international colleagues, partners and stakeholders.
