Nordea Life and Pension is a Norwegian company that is part of the Nordea Group. We offer pension, life insurance and savings products, and are the third largest company within our market. As a product owner you will you will play a crucial role in making this happen.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead an agile team consisting of business and technology resources
• Take part in strategic decisions to guide us towards the right priorities
• Build a long term roadmap and secure deliveries on agreed priorities
• Motivate and coach your dedicated team
• Contribute to high quality in deliveries
• Challenge the team and others around you to constantly develop our way of working

You will join the Product and Business development unit consisting of 20 colleagues that are passionate about developing excellent customer experience?. We are located in Oslo and Bergen.

Your profile and background:

• You have a master degree within a relevant field
• ?You have experience as a product owner or project manager
• You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, i.e. Excel, PowerPoint
• You have excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken)
