Lokasjon: Oslo, willing to relocate to Dubai during execution phase
Duration: January 2022 - and is expected to have duration of 10 months. FEED will be followed by bridging / early engineering phase of 4 to 5 months with EPC phase commencing from March 2023.

Arbeidsoppgaver

The HSEQ Department is responsible for ensuring that all HSE, QA and Compliance activities in the FEED are executed to meet requirements in current laws and regulations, agreements with the client, contractor and the regulatory standards. The HSEQ Lead participates with the FEED Management Team to jointly ensure achievement of project objectives. He/she will

• Be responsible for compliance with Legislative, client, AIP required standards and addressing deviations from such within the FEED engineering definition.
• Ensure that all FEED subcontracts and subcontracts prepared for future EPC execution of the defined work reflect the required regulatory and standards compliance.
• Provide guidance to subcontractors and the client to assist with their respective understanding of the regulatory and standards compliance requirements.
  

  Accountabilities (HSE & QA)

• Ensure that all activities, for which they are responsible, are carried out in conformance with laws and regulations, contractual requirements and the FEED Management Manual. In particular health and safety of personnel, natural and working environment and equipment shall be taken care of.
• Represent AIP with regards to HSE & QA.
• Prepare and follow the Project HSE & Quality Plan.
• Lead or participate in HSE & Quality audits.
• Follow up project non-conformance handling.
• Develop and implement a high standard HSE, Quality and compliance culture during the FEED.
• Support the FEED Team in establishing, documenting and publishing the Project Management System and tools.
• Inform the company Profession Lead QA of the need for improvements in the Corporate Management System.
• Transfer of HSE & Quality related experience to and from the FEED.
• Ensure that legislation relevant for the project are followed up and implemented.
• Update existing HSE & QA procedures and develop new HSE & QA related procedures for the EPC phase.
• Support the Nominated Project Manager in establishing the Project Organization and the Project Execution Plan.
• Act as the Single Point of contact for the client and Contractors regarding HSE & Quality issues.
• Identify and deliver all required HSE & Quality documentation to the Engineering Manager.
• Perform analysis and provide necessary input to the risk management system.
• Participate in risk review meetings and reporting.

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

• Engineering degree.

• Minimum 5 years of experience within QA and Regulatory Compliance Management in large offshore projects, ideally in combination with an operations HSEQ background
• Experience with UK regulations and standards.
• Knowledge about reporting system, offshore HSE & Quality legislation and operations
• Strong interpersonal skills applied to a multi-disciplined project team.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and presentations.
• Ability to be a driving force for all HSE & QA related matters for the project team and the contractor
• Organised, systematic and flexibile.
• Diplomacy and assertiveness.
