Job Description

• Manage the cooperation effort of the technical and permitting teams with the aim to achieve the most advantageous outcome for the Project
• The position will be within the project team and work as a link towards the permitting organization, with the objective of forming permits to the advantage of the project and to ensure that the offshore EPCI wind project project delivers adequate documentation for permits with the right quality at the right time.
• Travelling to Oslo, Stavanger and Warszawa as well as relevant site locations in Poland is required
• The Lead/manager feed and detail engineering for the building permit engineering deliverables will report to the Facility Manager in the project
• Office location will be Stavanger or Fornebu (the project is located at both offices)

Qualification Requirements

• M.Sc. or equivalent. A second degree in management is an advantage
• Extensive knowledge and experience from the offshore industry including wind farms
• First-hand experience with international authority processes and permitting
• Proven track record within engineering and construction management
• Well-versed with doing business in a multinational/multicultural environment
• Fluent in English and Norwegian, both oral and written. Knowledge of Polish is an advantage
• International experience with engineering for permitting processes is required
