Job Description

• Teaming up with the onshore operation at Mongstad securing the supply chain flow and up-time in operations 
• Close follow up and contact with business line, especially the maintenance area, ensuring urgent need is handled
• Close collaboration with large parts of the Client`s supply chain, including warehouse management, procurement and similar at other onshore locations
• Securing inventory management and ensuring your operation receives the goods and services in due time
• Operational follow up on Inventory Management ensuring correct level of stock/Correct MRP settings
• Perform analytics on supply chain efficiency and whether material arrives according to criteria (time/quality)
• Facilitating for supply chain understanding and support to the Mongstad operation primarily, but also supporting colleagues on the other onshore installations

Qualifications Requirements

• Value and supply chain management understanding
• Good communication skills
• SAP Knowledge and preferably to the material management part
• Adequate general digital skills 
• With a pro-active and service minded attitude.
• Who enjoys collaborating as a team player but are also able to work independently
• Who has the ability to create trust and good relations
• Always looking to drive performance, wanting to improve processes and find solutions in a structured approach.
• Have a commercial mindset
