Product Advisors, Digital Solutions

We are looking for two Product Advisors to govern and drive digital applications and solutions forward in Kongsberg Maritime. Digitalization is set to transform our industry on a global scale to reach sustainability goals. We are looking for one advisor responsible for todays and tomorrows product applications- and solutions towards the Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) carrier and regassification segment and one towards the Offshore Production Units (OPU) segment. You will seek to create digital solutions towards the greater challenges in the industry, where improving efficiency and safety is key.

You will work in close collaboration with stakeholders in Kongsberg Maritime and externally to ensure that Applications, Products and Solutions is closely aligned with customers demands. As Product Advisor you have the holistic view and navigate to find the best solution for KONGSBERG.

Key accountabilities

• Product Management of digital applications and solutions towards the OPU or LNG segments, with a commercial and strategic perspective
• Product Development and Product Maintenance, for the application portfolio and segment specific solutions
• Work closely with key resources in the organization to create opportunities that set us apart from our competitors
• Support Sales & Marketing in assessing, capturing, and addressing customers requirements
• Build business cases and execute

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor of Science Engineering, preferable within Electrical Engineering (including Automation, Telecom etc) or Computer Science - business, project management or equivalent field is an advantage
• Domain specific knowledge from the maritime or offshore sector is considered an advantage
• Preferably experience within agile product management and stakeholder management
• English oral and written communication skills
