Job description:

• Order expediting related to parts sent for external overhaul
• Supplier follow-up and development
• Supplier search
• Supplier negotiations
• Handling of Non-conformances
• Reporting and report development
• Optimize flow of goods
• Position involve close relations with internal customers and external suppliers

Qualifications and characteristics: 

• Experienced within purchasing/logistics from industrial business, experience from aviation industry or equivalent will be an advantage.
• Relevant education preferably at university level, long experience or alternate education can compensate for educational demands.
• Technical insight is an absolute advantage
• Good understanding of economy and business processes
• Solid data knowledge, MS office and understanding of complex ERP systems
• Speaks and writes English fluently
• Motivated by developing, simplify and streamline
• Good communication skills.
• Proactive, structured and result oriented
• Team player with high capacity and feasibility
