The HRBP position is responsible for aligning business needs and HR objectives with management in designated business unit(s) and having an overall responsibility for HR on the location. The position serves as a consultant to enable managers to handle human resource related issues, procedures and processes.
The HRBP acts as a change agent and organizational culture guardian, engaging leaders and teams and providing HR solutions to achieve the business strategy.
The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR related needs.


Main accountabilities:
  • Accountable to deliver suite of HR services in a given location utilizing the full HR value chain
  • Act as trusted partner to the Location Leadership Team
  • Lead and guide HR team while representing all of HR towards the business, orchestrating and facilitating changes to the organisation culture, design and structure
  • Represent our customer in its interests to local external authorities (government, unions etc) and other stakeholders
  • Manages the budget and other financial measures of the HR department
  • Evaluates the HR division structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group as well as for providing individuals with professional and personal growth opportunities
  • Act as a trusted partner to leadership ensuring the establishment of sound people management practices and the implementation of consistent decision-making processes
  • Ensure the implementation of HR procedures, processes and tools within designated business units 
  • Coach leaders in the application of HR procedures, processes and tools, providing the necessary feedback on their effectiveness to the global owners, suggesting improvements and ensuring compliance is maintained
  • Interface with leadership and the HR team focusing on recruitment and workforce planning, employee relations, talent & performance management, organizational development and design, compensation and compliance in alignment with the business and HR strategy
  • Support leaders to identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behaviours and structures
  • Conduct informal needs assessments to determine current and future needs within the business related to the HR function
  • Promote change management and organizational culture development, helping leaders to change and deal with possible barriers
  • Run integrated actions and diagnoses, to strengthen engagement within and across business units and functions

  • Degree in Business, Human Resources, Management or equivalent required
  • 3 - 5 years experience in operational HR work from matrix organization 
  • Sophisticated and progressive knowledge of all facets of the human resources processes is required
  • Good analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
