For our client we are looking for a sales- and bid coordinator.
Day-to-day reporting line to S&M Director and Tender Manager for Norway. The Coordinator will be the support function for Business Development, Tendering and Field Development Group. The coordinator is responsible for ensuring the bid preparation is performed in accordance with the established tendering processes and will be working closely with the different Tender Managers. The S&M Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring delivery of bid to customer and updating the tendering overview plan accordingly, as well as making sure all disciplines are involved from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owner of EPIM and Magnet JQS Accounts
- Keep “Live Tenders” section under GVS Input up-to-date
- Prepare and distribute bi-weekly Management report, weekly FDG report, Tender Prospect List and Timeline Norway SURF reports
- Provide monthly Resource Plans
- Coordinate and deliver input to Board Meetings
- Report contracts signed
- Facilitate and consolidate input into Xait from set up to tender submission
- Responsible for review and layout of submission documents
- Coordinate and facilitate communication and correspondence with client during clarification process
- Support Tender Managers with workflow
- Monitor Tendering inboxes and client communication channels
- Provide monthly Market Overview reports
- Generate bid numbers in C365
- Create and maintain sharepoint sites for S&M and Tendering
- Organise travels, teambuilding and events
- Keep S&M organization charts update
Qualifications:
- Degree from higher education (extensive experience may replace the degree requirement)
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
- High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
