On a global scale, a rapidly growing population is consuming more fish than ever before.This trend is due to the growth and development of sustainable land-based aquaculture, which causes less impact on the environment and builds a better and greener economy. Land-based aquaculture is a fast growing industry where demand for products and services are expected to increase significantly over the years to come. Our owners, Pure Salmon LTD aim to produce as much as 260 000 tons of Atlantic salmon a year. The group has already invested in large land-based fish farms in the US, Poland, France and Japan, and they also have a number of other extensive land-based farming projects in the making, including in China and South Africa. The group focuses on sustainable land-based salmon farming, produced as close as possible to where the consumers live. Beside this, Pure Salmon Kaldnes is at the moment building SalMar Tjuin, the largest landbased fish-farm in the world and Salten Smolt.What we can offer and what you can expect:

Your key working tasks and contributions:
The Planner is a key role in the Project Management Department, both in management of the department, and in providing the Project Managers and Project Director the insight they need to ensure progress and results in the projects. The main responsibilities are to:
- Deliver Lean planning support: baseline control, schedule analysis and reporting on time, cost and quality.
- Plan and report main project KPIs.
- Own the project setup in ERP system, and ensure other setup tasks are assigned to other relevant departments.
- Provide administrative support for project management processes.
- Maintain resource load/capacity overviews for the project management department.
We estimate 20-30 traveling days per year. Compensation is given accordingly to company guidelines. The position reports to Project Manager.
Competence requirements:
- Relevant higher education or other relevant experience.
- Relevant experience may compensate for other educational background
- Language skills; Nordic and English (Oral and written)
Meritorious knowledge
- Experience from multi-discipline projects, time management, ERP systems, etc.
