We are looking for a motivated Project Engineer for a shorter assignment. Start-up immediately.

Job Description

• Prepare or/and control the technical documentation, execute deliveries and carry the project through to invoicing according to milestones in the contract. Project Engineer owns the project from handover from Sales to payment is complete.
• Delegate and supervise technical documents handed over to Document Controller
• Support in evaluating inquiries and preparing tenders according to the authority matrix provided by the client.
• Acquire knowledge of Valvision software systems included but not limited to SuperOffice, Proarc, Visma, and the quality management system
• Close communication with and follow up of customers, suppliers, and manufacturers
• Responsible for all activities related to document control, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
• Report status and relevant information in Super Office
• Contribute to develop and improve our document management systems and procedures
• Project management and project execution including attending FAT-  if required
• Complete nonconformity procedures
• Prepare/quality control of document packages and quality assure certificates
• Perform and solve all project related work in a competent, flexible, and trustworthy manner
• Always work in accordance with the client's Code Of Conduct

Qualifications Requirements

• High technical understanding; technical education at the engineering level is preferred. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience from similar positions, preferably within the oil and gas sector
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, in both Norwegian and English
• Excellent PC skills, especially of Microsoft Office, preferred Super Office, Proarc, Visma
• Offshore Certificate is an advantage
