The overall goal of this position is to enhance the mobile user experience, increase functionality and usage, and improve sales conversion through the mobile app. The mobile app assists millions of travellers before, during and after their flight – and the product owner will help to make sure the experience is as frictionless and convenient as possible. Key tasks
- Define and own the product vision and strategic direction for the mobile app
- Develop and maintain a commercial roadmap to create a bridge between strategy and execution
- Identify and define user needs based on quantitative and qualitative insight, and prioritize with input from different stakeholders
- Plan and coordinate the implementation of high-priority use cases / user stories through a cross-functional team
- Establish robust product management governance & processes
- Gather, evaluate, and act on customer feedback/insight
- Create a customer-centric, interdisciplinary team culture
Whom are we looking for?
- Higher education within either strategy / business development, technology, or design, preferably with minimum 3 years of experience from a similar role
- Can refer to experience of working closely, and preferably leading/coordinating, interdisciplinary development teams consisting of e.g., developers, designers, analysts etc.
- Experience from product/project management working with an agile development methodology
- Used to working with a user-centric approach in a commercial environment
- Experience with Google Analytics and / or App Analytics tools

- Passionate about mobile apps, and mobile in general, as the primary touchpoint for customer interaction
- Able to balance a customer-centric and conversion-oriented mindset
- Excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments
- Structured and methodological, you let the data drive the decision-making
- Ability to stand upright in tough prioritizations and can act as the voice of the customer
- Energetic and proactive, motivated by both large and small opportunities to create a better customer experience
- Professionally updated and curious within the travel / aviation industry
- Fluent in English and Norwegian
