Job Description

Be familiar with the Operation working processes
Understand the compensation/invoice format used in the V&M contract/PO
Support the discipline managers to have a good overview and control of all purchase orders related to commitments, change orders and invoice control.
Prepare the monthly accruals in cooperation with Cost Lead.
Monthly forecast input to Cost Lead based on received monthly report from contractor.
Good cooperation with procurement, the requisitioners and the different contractors have to be established.
Ensure that the accounts and financial management are carried out in line with Client`s requirements, guidelines, SOX controls and accounting principles.
SAP is used for contract follow up
Follow up of VO’s (variation order handling)
