Our new Strategic Speech Writer will work closely with our top management for our communication activities.

As our Strategic Speech Writer, you will have a key function in conveying executive managements messages and strategies. You will work closely with the executive management in the planning of corporate communication activities, especially towards external stakeholders, and for strategic messages internally across our global organization. 

Your communication skills combined with your ability to stay updated on Aker Solutions`achievements, ongoing operations, and strategic developments will be?effectively used for strategic messaging which supports processes across our business, especially across the Sustainability, HSSE & Communication function.

Insight and understanding of how political processes and macro perspectives influence the energy industry is an advantage.

As a person we think you have these personal traits: 

• You have a strong desire to have a key position in the transition to sustainable energy production and that your tool is communication with the aim to create change.
• You are diplomatic and enjoy working in teams where decisions are developed through processes and considering how to best balance several stakeholders.
• You are always looking for how to enhance performance and contribute to measure the effects of communication activities, and in identifying and implementing further improvements. 
• You are hands-on and have an eye both for the overall results and for the quality in the details.

We also belive that excellent command of language, both in Norwegian and in English, relevant education, and experience is important for success in the role.
