Job Summary and Mission

Norwegian Crystals has an immediate opening for a talented QA Manager to execute product testing, manage the lab / testing environment and perform necessary quality assurance functions. Reporting to the Director of Technology and Process Development, the QA Manager will collaborate with Production to plan, establish, and execute quality assurance and control systems including standardized procedures and routines for product testing. The successful candidate will have the technical competence and knowledge to operate, calibrate and maintain the lab equipment, processes, procedures and deliver appropriate documentation / results.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s quality assurance and quality control systems, making sure the systems are in accordance with current standards and requirements. The role entails follow-up of lab equipment and collaboration with other departments and customers to ensure satisfactory product quality. The QA Manager works with functional and technical resources to design, execute and support the full testing lifecycle through proven analytical and problem-solving methods to validate product quality.
