Due to increased customer interest and company growth, we need to strengthen our multi-discipline Engineering and Development team with
Senior Design Engineer – Electronics
This position will be central in the development of our next generation downhole electronics. You will have a wide responsibility, including system architecture, concept development, component selection, product design and simulation, prototyping and testing, as well as follow-up of subcontractors and vendors.
Ideally you have some years of experience in the development of embedded electronics for high temperature applications, and you know what challenges that comes with harsh environments. You have a good overview of state-of-the-art technology, from semiconductors to packaging and manufacturing. You are also well versed with modern tools for design and simulation.
Specific knowledge in power supply design and/or industrial telemetry is also useful, but not a requirement.
