We are looking for a bright and ambitious person to join our Finance department in Lysaker, Norway. You will be joining a professionally skilled, diligent team with a good sense of humour. Our team is situated in a modern office with great views of the Oslo Fjord.

You may have a couple of years of experience in accounting, or be a recent graduate. Our new teammember should be accurate, with a good eye for details, and wants the opportunity for further development.
You will be an important contributor in the daily operations of the Finance Team, a point of contact with various departments within the organisation, and will ensure efficient use of our ERP system.

The position will report to the Accounting Manager.

Main responsibilities:

Processing supplier invoices and payments
Administrating incoming invoices inbox
Resolving payables related issues with internal and external stakeholders
Preparing bank reconciliations and ageing reports
Supporting monthly payroll
Assisting in monthly financial closing processes
Working with global team to improve AP processes and controls
Prepare documentation to external auditors for interim and annual audit
Other ad hoc tasks

Education:

College or University degree in Accounting, Business, or other Finance related subject Experience
Minimum 1 year experience preferably from an international company (fresh graduates will be considered)

Required skills:

High degree of communications skills, English both written and verbal
Good Excel skills
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
High interest in IT and active use of ERP systems to improve finance and accounting processes and reporting
