To help us on our journey, we are now looking for a warehouse manager. The purpose of the position is to strengthen the supply chain in Nordic Unmanned with a professional warehouse management resource to support the organization. The role will report to the Supply chain manager. As part of the supply chain team within Nordic Unmanned you will have a central role in shaping our organization. This includes supporting the organization with all the functions that is expected of a warehouse manager. The position is based in the Nordic Unmanned warehouse in Sandnes. 


Key responsibilities – How will you help us grow?

  • Goods receipt
  • Reporting deviations in goods receipt
  • Quality control
  • Warehouse maintenance
  • Stock reporting to accounting, main stock, project stocks and 3rd party stocks
  • Stock issuing
  • Packing and making documentation for outbound shipments
  • Stock counting main warehouse
  • Coordinating stock count 3rd party stocks and project stocks
  • Retaining documentation received with goods
  • ITAR conformity
  • Maintaining material master and updating this from our suppliers.


Desired experience and qualifications – What do you bring to the table?

  • Experience with ITAR and controlled equipment.
  • Min. 3 years of relevant experience as a warehouse manager or similar. 
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, both in Norwegian and English
  • Accuracy and good structure are key qualities for this position.
  • Driving license (category B) is a requirement
  • Technical understanding and/or interest is an advantage
