Do you want to join our team as a Design Engineer, Swivel Systems ?

To further develop APL’s business and strengthen our market position, we are looking to hire new talents. This position is focus on Aftermarket Projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

• Design of structural steel constructions and belonging components
• Design of Mechanical Systems including Swivels
• Strength Calculations (FEM analysis)
• Make 2D engineering drawings and specify / detail out required tolerances.
• Find creative and good solutions for design improvement
• Contribute actively in the project phase
• Contribute actively in studies and bids

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• BSc / MSc Engineer with 0-5 years of experience in machine / structural steel design
• 0-5 years of experience by use of Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD
• Interest for / experience in FEM analysis (APL uses ANSYS)
• Positive, good spirit and good skills to work individually and in project team
• Structured, quality-conscious and motivated to work in a hectic environment
• Relevant experience may compensate for missing formal education
