As Project Manager Landing String Services you get an opportunity to work closely with a dedicated international team supporting you. Building on our fundamental values, you will deliver and execute projects within the portfolio in various contract setup such as directly towards customer or Intercompany projects. As an important stakeholder in a portfolio your inputs and initiatives will be valued to secure further growth, and continue to develop execution excellence. Furthermore, you will be able to grow your experience from sales & tendering for inbound projects.

You will be a trusted leader of a multidiscipline project team, securing results through great teamwork with a strong focus on HSE, Quality, Cost and Delivery. You are single point of contact with the Client for assigned scope and Purchase Orders.

As Project Manager you are responsible for the day to day operations of your Project Team such as:

• Financial control for the project, maximizing gross margin without compromising on HSE, Quality and work to prevent suboptimalities.
• Cost control for the projects, and optimize forecasting
• Proactively contribute to inbound sales and actively identify opportunities in collaboration with Sales & Marketing.
• Scheduling activities, coordinated with portfolio planning of assets. Ensure that all activities are planned, managed and coordinated in accordance with contract documents, client call-Off, TFMC specifications, procedures and processes
• Coordinate and optimize project efficiency, reporting, forecast and quotation
• Lead and motivate project team members
• Take on agreed continuous improvement projects

• Experience from operational project management
• MSc/Bachelor degree within Project Management or other relevant areas
• Commercial understanding and mindset
• Ability to follow through and close out ongoing projects
• Systematic approach
• Ability to deliver through team collaboration
• A drive for continuous improvement
• A drive for individual development
• Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English
