Nemko’s strategy is to significantly grow its global business in the coming five years period. As part of accelerating growth and organisational development, we are seeking to strengthen our Group People & Culture Team.


Responsibilities and areas of work:

·       Supporting onboarding of new employees

·       General HR administration

·       Administrate and maintain relevant HR master data system

·       Support to the operation in Norway, Nemko Scandinavia

·       Be part of Group People & Culture Team

·       Project Management, like annual Engagement Survey globally

·       Take initiative to populate course catalogue with new video training

·       Work closely with key stakeholders and content experts to stay updated on changes and support needs

·       Establishment of employment contracts

·       Administrate local salary adjustment


Qualifications and experience:

·       Project management and experience working with systems

·       Proficient language skills in English and Norwegian, both written and oral.

·       Bachelor in HRM or equivalent

·       Relevant experience and digital savviness is a benefit.

·       Comfortable with using new digital tools

·       1-3 years of experience

·       International work experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.

We are looking for an energetic, flexible, independent, and proactive professional who is structured and self-going. The position will require flexibility in collaborating with colleagues globally in different time zones.

Nemko moved into new and top modern premises in Philip Pedersen’s vei 11 at Lysaker in the spring of 2019. The position reports to General Manager, Nemko Scandinavia, Håkon Rem and will be working 50% also with Group People & Culture headed by Yngvar Sjoner. It is a full-time position.
