Contracts & Procurement is responsible for the procurement process in Vår Energi, ensuring safe and efficient supply of goods and services to operations, exploration, corporate support and development projects as well as inventory management, governance and post award contract support. We are looking for a graduate who can grow into a full professional within the Contracts & Procurement functional area.

Working tasks:

• Implement and execute contract strategies, invitation to tender, bid opening, evaluation and award
• Ensure governance and documentation of the process
• Support the post award contract administration and follow up
• Seek efficiencies and continuous improvements within the processes
• Prepare and present statistics and assist in reporting
• Assist in the warehouse and inventory management, strategies and follow up
   

Education and experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration

• 0-1 year of working experience
