Test Engineer til fintech-selskap i Sandefjord

Banqsoft Credit Management is based at Føkserød in Sandefjord with over 80 employees. We develop solutions for the credit management and debt collection industry. We are the market leader in Norway and we are planning further expansion internationally.

We are expanding our development team in Sandefjord with a skilled Software Test Engineer. We are looking for someone who has experience within software testing and quality assurance. 

• A wide range of tasks within the quality assurance area, such as test planning, designing, execution, analysis and documentation of test results
• Set up test environment and establish test data to commence test execution
• Perform manual but also automated testing
• Identify, report, and track product defects
• Maintenance and development of automated regression tests
• Collaborate with product owners, software development teams and other departments to improve the quality of software delivered. Make recommendations for application and test procedure improvements.
• Provide support for releasing process
• Contribute to resolving issues and provide a technical guidance and support to customers and colleagues regarding function and operation of software application

• Strong logical/analytical skills
• Very good knowledge of software testing methodologies
• Experience in testing web services (REST,SOAP)
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience in working in Agile projects
• Ability to quickly diagnose and solve complex technical problems
• Configuring test environments
• Experience in testing cloud based solution (Azure)
• Very good English skills
• It would be a plus if you have experience in test automation and performance testing.
