Quality and Risk Specialist

Position Summary

We are pleased to announce an exciting career opportunity placed in our Head Office in Bergen. The new established position as Quality and Risk Specialist will be reporting to VP QHSE, and have the following main responsibilities:

• Execute and assist in coordinating internal and external quality audits
• Facilitate Risk Assessments for all operative areas and follow up implementation of mitigating actions
• Evaluate and analyze quality issues, including follow up of NCR and CAR to identify, track, report and eliminate non-conformities
• Participate in root cause analysis and follow up corrective actions
• Responsible to collect, analyze and report QA statistics to VP QHSE
• Cooperate with Process Owners and staff to ensure continued QHSE integration into core operations
• Participate and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives and projects
• Establish and maintain training material for QHSE related topics

Work experience and qualifications

• Bachelor or Master`s Degree within Quality and Risk Management, QHSE or similar subjects
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience is preferred, however graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Experienced digital user
• Strong written and verbal Norwegian and English skills
• Professional. friendly and solution oriented
• High working standards and work capacity
