Are you our new Project Manager?

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to work with innovative, prestigious infrastructure projects from tender to final delivery. As a Project Manager you will have a central role in all aspects of the project, and will be able to follow the entire process from design, through construction to delivery. You will lead according to Impenia’s values and in alignment with our leadership principles.

The Project Manager has the following responsibilities:

• Daily management including administrative, organisation, financial, commercial and technical management of projects.
• Arrange and chair regular management meetings.
• Coordinate planning, design and performance of technical and financial analysis.
• Implementation and management of project commercial strategy.
• Managing project finances, including cost control, forecasting, project reporting and claims management.
• Negotiate and sign contracts with subcontractors.
• Ensure satisfactory working conditions for the staff and appropriate staff allocation for the projects.
• Monthly progress reporting.
• Ensure that decisions are carried out.
• Coordinate project risk identification and provide guidelines for mitigation measures, aligned with company policies.
• Be the leader in emergency situations, according to emergency preparedness plans.
• Overall responsibility for OH&S and environmental policy and the implementation of these in the projects.
• Ensure that all laws, rules and regulations of the project are followed.
• Ensure that the "Ethics and Compliance Directives" of company are adhered to.
• Overall responsibility for the quality assurance policy and the implementation of such in the project.

Does this sound like you?

You have minimum 10 years of relevant experience from managing large infrastructure projects.
You have a Master or Bachelor in Engineering.

• Good written and oral communication skills in English and/or Norwegian
