Warehouse Coordinator

Due to increased activity, we are now looking for a Warehouse Coordinator, to join our Warehouse & Logistics Team in Stavanger. The position is part of a vibrant, energetic and positive working environment, in a multinational company with mobilization of personnel and equipment to operations all over the world.

Position description:

·        Receiving and inspection of incoming goods (mostly mechanical, electrical, or

        hydraulic components) from suppliers. The inspection is performed inhouse at our

        facility at Forus in Stavanger, in accordance with technical documentation and

        drawings.

·        Control and filing of documentation related to incoming goods.

·        Picking, packing and shipping of goods and equipment, counting of warehouse stock,

        housekeeping and other daily routines in the Warehouse & Logistics Department.

Qualification requirements:

·        Preferably certificate of apprenticeship within warehouse/logistics

·        Experience with warehouse and logistics tasks

·        Technical understanding and/or interest is an advantage

·        Forklift license (T1 and T4)

·        Driving license (category B) is a requirement

·        Proper experience with the use of traditional IT software

·        Capability of and interest in working in a hectic environment

Language Skills:

English and Norwegian, both verbally and written.
