Administration Secretary in Tønsberg, 50% position

Saga Welco AS is a well-established company with our 30 years of history of operation. In Tønsberg we are looking for a new colleague with good motivation to take over this part-time role.

ORGANIZATION AND REPORTING LINE

Administration Secretary, reporting to Head of HR.

50% position. Reporting to office 5 days a week, but short hours.

ASSIGNMENT AND RESPONSIBILITY

 Assist senior management in their daily work.

Responsible for editing company presentations.

Prepare, arrange, and coordinate meetings, board meetings and social events.

Responsible for filing and maintaining the structure of the filing system.

Reporting corporate information to the Norwegian corporate register.

Act as editor for our webpage, intranet, and social media.

Responsible for daily office management.

QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor grade or equivalent relevant education.

Experience from admin work.

Fluent in Norwegian and English, both oral and written.

Flexible regarding work hours when needed.
