The core of our business is our state of the art technology. Knowing the instrumental role Network Security and Lifecycle Operations plays in this, we are expanding our team and looking for a talented and experienced Operations Technical Coordinator.

As our Operations Technical Coordinator, you will work with our larger customer portfolios, and take lead coordinating complex activities across departments, ensuring seamless collaboration between customers and technical teams.

Work tasks and responsibilities: ­

  • Lead coordination of primarily network activities between customers, technical resources, department managers and account team
  • Participate and take actions from regular Scrum meetings (Sprints and Huddles)
  • Attend and prepare network status updates in bi-weekly Operations meeting
  • Bridge communication between customers and network teams about status and priorities of cases
  • Coordinate and assist the implementation of server creations within the Operations and Lifecycle departments
  • Assist in dispatching tickets within the Operations and Lifecycle departments
